Hi again! I'm Juliet!

Hi!

My name is Juliet S-G and you may have seen me around this site before, but I wanted to formally introduce myself as one of the interns for 5
for Fairness. I am currently attending high school in Santa Monica, California
and first heard about 5 for Fairness through Anna herself last summer. I loved
the idea of the site and thought it was an amazing opportunity to give girls
around the world a voice who might otherwise be forced into silence. I soon
began a team advocating for the girls of a refugee camp in Bangladesh. Now, I
am beginning a "penpal" with one of the girls in this camp, as well
as being an intern for 5 for Fairness. I have been consistently drawn to
volunteering. I have worked at a park for the last four summers, made cards for
the children who were devastated by the Haitian earthquake, as well as tutoring
and teaching art weekly at a local elementary school. I'm thrilled to be a part
of this 5 for Fairness community and look forward to helping out however I can!
