Proposing a Team?

Anna: I'd like to propose an organization/team for the next round: http://www.hopetoshine.org/

Started by 2 Wesleyan students, this organization is making a huge difference for girls in the slum of Kibera, in Nairobi, Kenya, and is a great model for similar organizing in slum communities worldwide which are desperate for basic health and education services.

Can you let me know what the steps are to putting a team together?
