Hi Anna,

thanks so much for posting! This is equally fascinating and terrifying. The idea that these women are safer from rape on the streets than their own homes is incomprehensible. I wonder how it can be true that Norway is considered one of the most gender-egalitarian countries in the world, yet be so far from that in terms of marriage. Hopefully that will begin to change now that the issue is getting some press!
