What's the difference between "Liking" a Team and Voting for a Team?

"Liking"

When you click the "Like" button on a Team page, you are doing two things: first, you are indicating some support for the Team and second, you are making it possible for you to participate in the discussions on their Team page.

Voting

You can only vote once and only during voting week (11/22 - 11/29).  You will get an email with instructions on how and where to vote. It is a cinch to vote and unlike 99.9% of internet voting, our process is entirely legit.

For technical reasons, we have to have a button on every Team page that 5fers need to click in order to participate on that Team's page.  If you have an idea for a better, less confusing, name for the LIKE button, puleeeze leave it in the comments cause we need it.
