Judy Rothman, the Equality Now Team leader is on a book tour and Equality Now is focussed on their 20th Anniversary Celebration so they are sitting out this grant cycle and will be back for the next one!
Founded in 1992, Equality Now tirelessly fights for the rights of girls and women throughout the world, combining grassroots activism with legal advocacy. With offices in New York, Nairobi and London, areas of focus include Discrimination in Law, Sexual Violence, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), and Trafficking. Iconic women's rights activist Gloria Steinem is a board member and spokesperson for the organization.
