To All Undecided Fivers

All of the teams vying for the $5000 grant are terrific, but if you are still undecided, please take a moment to check out Equality Now's website.  This incredible organization, supported by Gloria Steinem as a board member and spokesperson, helps achieve justice for girls and women by permanently CHANGING LAWS. Equality Now works both internationally and domestically on a case by case basis, and is currently challenging the legal systems of many countries with the goal of ending sex trafficking, sexual violence, female genital mutilation and even discrimination against women drivers. 

If Equality Now gets our grant, the money will go to the Adolescent Girls Legal Defense Fund.  Our donation will provide legal support, counseling and educational support to victims of Sexual Violence, FGM, counseling and educational support. Please take a moment to help young teens whose rights have been violated, and cast your vote for EQUALITY NOW, a perfect fit for our 5 for Fairness grant.
