STEP FOUR - START YOUR FIRST DISCUSSION
Your first discussion should probably be about...you! Introduce yourself as the Team leader, tell us a bit about how you got involved with your Team, what drew you to it and inspires you about it and what, if any, official capacity you have with the organization.
You will set the tone for your Team so just be yourself. The more informal, genuine and transparent you are, the better. Your passion for your Team will be contagious!
