We empower young women to take leadership positions alongside men in Nepal by providing them with the skills to pursue their vision for change.Women in Nepal face overwhelming challenges: 1/3 of girls aged 15 to 19 are married and 60% of women are illiterate. Young women have the passion and vision to solve these problems, but simply lack the necessary resources. We build the capacity of future female leaders to tackle root causes of poverty and discrimination. We have equipped 200 promising…See More

My Mothers Journey With Prilosec OTC

Yesterday, my mom joined a competition sponsored by her beloved Prilosec OTC heart burn medication. Though she doesn't actually use this product, she figured that anything that can bring money to 5 for Fairness is great. The way this competition works is that there are a bunch of people, all of whom posted their passions on the website, who are vying for… Continue

Hey Eliot,

The GEMS page is up and running, and I really encourage you to check it out.

It's an absolutely incredible cause that I hope you choose to support.

I voted for you for ombuds so you better vote for GEMS!

Best,

Monica

Eliot, Of course I remember you!  This was such a difficult vote but I see Man Up is almost neck and neck with Write Girl and Row LA.  I checked out Man Up and sent in a personal donation.  Very awesome work!!  I went with the smallest operational budget team in this voting round (felt too much empathy with MOSTE) but I was torn between them and yours.  Next time!  Good luck, you can still win it for Man Up!!
