Hi Elise and thank you so much for donating again to help us get our grant account back to $5000. We are so grateful.  We've now given away $35,000 to 7 different organizations in 6 different countries.  We're nothing if not a work in progress, but each time we give away a grant we know we are a)supporting a terrific project b)building awareness for all the Teams c)giving all the Teams an opportunity to craft more effective story telling and d)growing our own circle of supporters dedicated to making the world fair for girls and women. And all that from an all-volunteer group!  Thanks so much for being part of our circle and for your extra-generous support. It means so much to me, especially because every time I see your name, I think of our sweet Mima, the rolling green  hills of New Jersey and the way the waves lap on the shores of Lake Michigan! I’m the co-founder of Women LEAD, one of the teams competing for the grant this month. I’d love your support to empower more than 200 young women in Nepal to become leaders in their schools and communities! Your vote would help us build the capacity of future female leaders to tackle the root causes of poverty and discrimination. Our organization strongly believes that building young women's confidence and skills is key to empowerment.
