Your vote would help us build the capacity of future female leaders to tackle the root causes of poverty and discrimination. Our organization strongly believes that building young women's confidence and skills is key to empowerment. Hi Grace and welcome to 5 for Fairness! I'm Stephen's sister - but you probably know that! - and the founder of this experiment in crowd sourcing philanthropy. Glad to have you. Thanks so much for joining. I know you are here to support Kearney and SHE. Alas, we have already started the voting round for this grant cycle and are doing things a bit differently this time around .
Since we began voting before you joined, we can't add you to the voting roster now. Once the voting is finished, we will certainly add you to the voting roster for the next and all future grants. All of the Teams that do not win in this round will be hoping for your support in the next round! You can see the current vote standings here.
If you have any questions or comments about the way things work around here, I'd love to hear them.
