- Being part of several supportive teams was very important for me as I grew up, especially when other challenges were thrown in my path. I would love for young people in Bangladesh to have opportunities to participate in team activities (like basketball!) that foster supportive peer groups and personal growth.

I’m the co-founder of Women LEAD, one of the teams competing for the grant this month. I’d love your support to empower more than 200 young women in Nepal to become leaders in their schools and communities! Your vote would help us build the capacity of future female leaders to tackle the root causes of poverty and discrimination.
