Claire Charamnac said… Hi Marni,
I’m the co-founder of Women LEAD, one of the teams competing for the grant this month. I’d love your support to empower more than 200 young women in Nepal to become leaders in their schools and communities! Your vote would help us build the capacity of future female leaders to tackle the root causes of poverty and discrimination. Our organization strongly believes that building young women's confidence and skills is key to empowerment. Please check out our page and website to see the work that we do and let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!

India W said… Hello Marni! If you have a moment I was hoping you would come by and check out the team page for Orchid project. Orchid project's goal is to end the practice of female genital cutting. If you are inspired by what you see we welcome your support and would love it if you would become a member of our team!
Thanks!
Madi L said… Hi, my name is Madi L and I'm a 5 for Fairness intern. I'm stopping by to let you know now is the perfect time to support any Teams you think deserve spots in the Voting Round. There are seven teams in the running and only five spots, so please take the time to look at all of the teams and support your favorites. Here is how you can become a Team supporter.
Go to the teams tab and look at the teams individually, and if you find one to be intriguing, click the +Support (Team name) button on the top right corner of the Team page. For more "official" instructions on how to support a Team, click here. Click here to see all of the teams in the running. We appreciate all of your help and support!
Thank you,
Madi L

5 for Fairness said… Loved your story Marni. Thank you so much for posting it. That discussion is just what I dreamed would happen on 5 for Fairness back when I was at the, "this seems like it could work" stage!
