Hi Zelda and thank you so much for a)your fantastic contribution to the anchor and twist discussion and b)giving three gift memberships and - if that were not enough! - c)donating an extra amount to help our grant account get back to $5000. I am so grateful for all three.  As I said at the Lifers gathering - sigh - 5 for Fairness is a collective effort through and through and I am especially grateful to those 5fers (like you!) who have believed in the idea and supported our circle from the beginning. So THANK YOU!  See you again soon. xo Anna

PS Shoshana and Rebecca have not collected their gift memberships yet. Just in case our email to them was caught in a SPAM filter (drat those things!) you might want to send each of them this link so they can join us.

Now that we have such a good anchor and twist, you know just how to explain what we do and how we do it to them!

Hi:
I'm Sophie, a 5fer intern, and am just dropping by to say "Thank you!" for being such a loyal and active 5fer.  It is because of members like you that we have been able to give away seven (yes, seven!) $5000 grants to organizations working to make the world fair for girls and women - and we're only a few hundred dollars away from our eighth!  We are so appreciative of the way you have put up with all our many growing pains and hope you keep on believing in our circle and the good we can do.  Thanks again…

Hi Zelda,

I’m the co-founder of Women LEAD, one of the teams competing for the grant this month. I’d love your support to empower more than 200 young women in Nepal to become leaders in their schools and communities! Your vote would help us build the capacity of future female leaders to tackle the root causes of poverty and discrimination. Please check out our page and website to see the work that we do and let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!
